We inherently possess subconscious abilities to navigate through challenges, but sometimes life is hard and at times it can become overwhelming.
During these difficult times, our healing processes are often sidelined because our nervous system enters the fight-flight-freeze response; a state many of us unknowingly reside in and become accustomed to due to the stresses of daily life.

In our modern world, stress is ever-present, encompassing physical, chemical and emotional dimensions. These forms of stress are often stored as blockages within our spine and manifest as:

Physical stress, caused by prolonged postural strain, spinal misalignment and previous physical injuries

Emotional stress, brought about by unprocessed childhood and/or adult traumas

Chemical stress from the foods we ingest, the personal care products we apply to our bodies and the multitude of cleaning products and artificial fragrances that surround us in our homes.

Over time, spinal blockages can disrupt the flow of information between your cells, tissues, brain and nervous system leading to symptoms of pain, illness and disease.
Spinal Flow is a gentle, wholistic approach that can help you access your body's natural healing abilities. During your session, focus will be on areas of ease known as access points. These points are located along your sacrum and cranium. Making contact with these access points sends a message from your nervous system to your brain that it is safe to release blockages and awaken your spinal wave.
